Top oven/grill is OK, timer, thermostat all seem to be working OK, just bottom (main) oven a problem. Fan isn’t jammed (finger spins OK). No heat either!

I will try and help with this problem Hotpoint UHS53X oven
if the oven has tripped the electricity then the fan oven element may have gone open circuit and need replacing. but the reason the fan and the light is not coming on, is that if the oven has lost the power then you need to set up the timer again on too manual you will find this in your instruction book normally it just means you have to set the time and turn it to the manual position on the timer
