hotpoint wmud 843px uk very loud, particularly on spin

suspect bearing failure, could you recommend a part. Have seen your youtube on replacing the bearings, but unsure which part to select. Thanks. Great videos btw.

Good morning Matt​. I will try and help with this problem with your Hotpoint wmud 843px

I am sorry to tell you but this sounds like the drum bearings are gone​, you used to be able to change them on all machines but on this model a manufacturer has welded the Drum which I think is a disgrace as you are unable to change the bearings on this model A lot of the manufacturers are doing this to deliberately build in obsolescence, I have listed the drum for your machine below it is down to your choice really or if you are very lucky you may be able to find the same machine on eBay with buns out Electrics this would mean it might have a good drum it would save you some money. I’m sorry I can’t be any more assistance to you but this is the way the industry has gone.
