I will try and help with this problem with your IFB washing machine

I can only help you properly if you gave me the full model number. But if the water is not going into the machine you need to check the water valves, you need to make sure you have power going to the valves and you also need to make sure that the water supply is good to the water valves, there are a couple of videos I’ve listed on other makes of machines below that will assist you in doing this.
