Hi Samantha,

It sounds like your grill element may have gone open circuit. I’ll include some videos below to help you check if this the case, while they are not specific to yours, the concepts and principles are universal and will help you diagnose your oven. If you come to the conclusion that it is faulty I’m also including the correct grill element for your Indesit FIMD23IXS double oven.
