I have an Indesit XWD71252WUK washing machine. Once i power on the machine and try to start washing it accept my command but refuse to spin but sometimes it does spin but the speed is very slow and that spinning is once in a blue moon so i prefer to say it’s not spinning at all

I will try and help with this problem Indesit XWD71252WUK Washing Machine,
It’s always tricky for me to diagnose problems without seeing the machine. If it is not spinning, there might be a problem with the carbon brushes. If the carbon brushes are fine and it rotates both clockwise and anti-clockwise, it usually points to an issue with the circuit board rather than the motor. However, you would need to follow the test procedure to be sure. I’ve done a video recently exactly on this problem. You can watch it via this link.
On the other hand, if you have a problem with the motor, you may need to replace it. The motor that was used on this machine was either C00141663 or C00320474.
