I have replaced the ​haul sensor on my washing machine after watching one of the videos​, but the motor will still not turn. the drum is very stiff and when the machine fills with water it tries to turn but stops, after having a conversation with you on the phone, I have had great trouble removing the element but after finding out that there was an additional nut holding the earth wire on the element. I eventually managed to get it out and lo and behold found this sock wrapped around it

I will try and help with this problem with your LG F1247TD washing machine

Most of the time with Lg washing machine direct drive​ systems when they do not turn it is normally a fault with the motor or the haul sensor but you normally get a rocking action on the motor, ​but in your case, the drum has seized​ and stopped the machine from turning. I have put some videos below to help you clear of any blockages in the drum and the sump hose if you ever need us again I have listed parts for this washing machine below and a couple of useful videos on this model of machine.
