Logik ldv6w13 element and thermostat changed, but still blowing cold air

hi we have a logik ldv6w13, heating element changed and thermostat, but still blowing cold air, any idea to what it may be, thanks.

There are normally​ more than one thermostat, there is usually 1 or two on the heater and there is normally one on the vent tube at the front of the machine or on the front casing, it is also with testing the heating element if it is none of these then there is a possibility that it could be something to do with the circuit board it is worth checking the relay on the board.
