Miele Prestige washing machine Plus Check Drain Light

Have checked drain filter (its spotless now) wasn’t dirty before. did a full cycle (95) check drain light came on half way through. It’s sounding like the pump is trying to empty but there’s no water in it. don’t know how to reset (so I can try a full programme again) need to address the check drain issue (which I know is clear) Thanks

I will try and help with this problem with your Miele Prestige Plus Washing Machine

Sorry for the late reply but I was waiting for your model number, as I have not received it I can only give you a vague answer. If the machine is full of water but yet the pump is running and not emptying then there’s a good chance that sump hose may be blocked. There may be a small sock or something blocking this. I have put the video below to help you inspect this and clear it of anything that may be blocking it.
