Hi Paul, an element I replaced has subsequently blown, when I was pulling out the element, two of the connecting wires came free and are now inaccessible behind the back plate that supports the fan (The plate at the very back of the oven.) I am happy I can remove the fan and plate to gain access to the wires but I am unsure in what sequence I should re- attach the wires to the element, can you help please?

Hi Paul, the easiest way to do this is to actually Slide the cooker out and remove the backplate this will give you clean access to the terminals on the fan of an element, I do not want to tell you which wire’s go where until I have seen some photographs but normally there is a live and neutral wire going to either side of the element. please feel free to give us a call and I will try and help you or you can send the photographs to my email address with you have
