how do I remove the door from a Neff W5420X1GB washing machine. I have removed the 2 torx screws, does the door just pull off?

I will try and help with this problem with your Neff W5420X1GB/54 Washing Machine

From what I can see on the diagram ​on the washing machine ​there is one screw behind the hinge​ arm and then I believe you will have to slide it sideways and it should unclip. It’s a good idea to undo screws holding wooden door first to remove the weight. I am sorry I have not got a video on how to do this but I have listed some of the common parts for this model of Neff W5420X1GB/54 washing machine below
