no matter which cycle, the power turn off, i just let it be like that, 15-30minutes later start to cycle again.

I will try and help with this problem SAMSUNG 8650NHW Washing Machine

This seems to be quite a common fault on certain Samsung washing machine models mostly over a couple of years old. It could be that the machine is not draining or filling due to a blockage and therefore tripping out or there may be a problem with the circuit board. Below is a video you may find useful.
