Samsung Eco bubble Doesn’t move on on any setting, fills the water then nothing

Tried calibrating get the CLb but drum doesn’t turn and can’t here motor engaging – nothing. Lots of black carbon below washing machine only 3 year old, been very noisy when spinning

There is a large possibility ​that your motor​ ​may have worn carbon brushes and might need replacing. I will need your full model number and also it would be useful if you could take some pictures of the carbon brushes. I have included a video below to assist you in changing the carbon brushes
