I will try and help with this problem with your Samsung P1281GW/XEG washing machine

I need to know which type of motor is fitted to this machine as it is not a UK model. You will either have a direct drive motor ​or you will have a carbon brush motor. With the direct-drive motors, you have a haul sensor​ which can become faulty, with the carbon brush motor type you will need to inspect the old carbon brushes to check if they are worn,
