The fridge compartment has not been cooling fully.Following your video’s I tested the thermister’s and they were ok. I also check the resistance of the heating element and there is no continuity.I suspect the heating element is faulty and have removed it.With the evaporator fully defrosted the fridge is once again cool, but I suspect that without a heater it is just a temporary fix.The heating element has the following part numberDA47-00460AIs this a part you can supply?ThanksMike

I will try and help with this problem on Samsung RB29FSRNDBC/EU Fridge Freezer

If you are having problems with ice build-up on the Matrix and you have done a test on the element as in the videos below then you will need a new defrost element,  there is only genuine in stock and it will take 3 to 5 days to get to you.  I hope this helps you​
