Hi paul hope you are okay. I have Samsung RL39WBMS fridge freezer but it is not cooling, not freezing and it is very noisy. Could you please help me solve my problem? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about the issue with your Samsung fridge freezer RL39WBMS. To diagnose the problem, I need more information.
First, is the compressor running? The compressor is the motor at the back, at the bottom of the machine. It pumps gas around the refrigeration unit. If the motor is running but neither the freezer nor the fridge is getting cold, there might be a gas leak in the system.
If gas is being pumped correctly but you still have no cold air in the fridge and freezer, it could be due to ice build-up on the matrix inside the freezer. This often happens because of a defrost problem. If defrosting doesn’t occur, ice builds up and blocks airflow between compartments, preventing them from cooling properly. The freezer should be below minus 18 degrees Celsius. If it’s only a few degrees below freezing, ice build-up could be stopping it from working.
There are many possible faults, which is why I always ask for detailed information via the contact form. It’s tough to diagnose these issues over email without sufficient details.
