I will try and help with this problem with your Samsung Washer/dryer WD1704RJE Code – 6E2 error code.

This error code is not showing up on my system you may be misreading the first digit it is possible that your dryer is overheating and you will need to check the following things.

Make sure that the fan motor on the condenser unit is turning correctly when on drying mode
Make sure that the water valve that goes to the condenser unit is allowing water to trickle through onto the condenser
Make sure the pump is coming on occasionally to empty any evaporated water
