Samsung WD8704RJA washing Machine jammed but no error message.

Hello,I have a 5 year old Samsung washer, WD8704RJA. It stopped working and displayed 4E. The water supply was correct and I tried the machine again, it ran correctly for 57 minutes of a 70 minute programme and then got stuck, it does not display an error message and just makes a whirring sound.I have watched and been impressed by Paul’s tutorial video and hope you can provide some guidance for me.Regards,Martin

Good afternoon Martin, I’m sorry for the late reply this sound like one of the washing machine water valves is possibly gone open circuit – this means that when it comes to the part of the rinse cycle it is not getting any water and therefore stopping. You will need to test the washing machine water valve. I have included a couple of videos for you below also check it is pumping out in the correct amount of time.
