I will try and help with this problem with your Samsung WF1124 washing machine

Sorry for the late response​. With this direct-drive motor, I have had many problems with the haul sensor (sometimes called Rotor Position Sensor) it is worth replacing this first there are a few videos on YouTube which show you how the haul sensor works, I have not yet made a video myself but I have repaired haul sensors​ in the past and had great success with this, they are not too expensive to buy​

Please try this first as it is the most common fault I will need the full model and serial number to be able to supply part
