Hi,My Samsung washing machine has a 3e error, I’ve been following your video and am trying to remove the motor, however, I cannot remove the electrical connection – it doesn’t slide off easily as it does in your video. Below are links to photos of the motor:How do I remove the electrics so I can properly disconnect the motor and inspect? In the last image, you can see the difference between the 2: the longer one has a shiny end, and the shorter one is black. So do you think that replacing them will fix the issue? Other than cleaning the commutator I’m unsure of what else to check with the motor.Could you point me in the right direction for the correct replacement brushes? Here are the serial numbers found on the side of the brushes:Thanks

I will try and help with this problem Samsung washing machine WF1804WPN.

Firstly you have to lift the PIN on the motor block to the move the block, yes the shorter carbon brush that is black on the end is the one that is worn out and you need to replace both.
I have included a link to the correct carbon brushes for your Samsung washing machine model number WF1804WPN
