Hi, sorry to hear about the problem with your Samsung washing machine door seal. You will need to check the identification numbers on the ID label, as I can only find a few parts for your model in the system. I am not sure if you are in the UK or overseas, but I have added an extra video below to help you replace the door seal on this model. It is not a difficult job; you just need to take your time.
