My Siemens washer model wfxd8400uc won’t spin out completely sometimes. I can’t figure this out. Sometimes the clothes are wet at the end of the cycle and sometimes they are dry. Blockage somewhere? I cleaned out the pump(six brass screws and a little junk) and the discharge hose had some lint in it and I unplugged that. Any suggestions? Sincerely, Rene LaPlante

Hi Rene
when you say the machine has not spun out, if you are meaning that the washing machine is still full of water in the drum then yes you have either a pump fault or a blockage you will need to strip of the pump to check it properly and also check all the pipes from the drum to the waste hose.
if the drum is empty but the clothes are wet then this indicates there is a spin problem i would check the motor, if its a brush type motor then check them if its a direct motor also check capacitor if fitted.
