When switch on al the display lights blinking not working.

I will try and help with this problem with your Siemens WM10E162ME/12 washing machine
Before you try to clear the error code I would quickly take the motor off and inspect the carbon brushes as these may be worn out. Then you can try this procedure to clear the error code.
Here is how to get out of the situation when all 5 spin speed lights plus the wash light are flashing:
- Machine switched off at the wall
- Turned dial to zero/off
- Switch machine on at the wall
- Turn the dial clockwise to position 8 (spin)
- Press & hold spin speed button
- Turn the dial clockwise to position 9 (empty)
- Release spin speed button
- All spin speed lights then turn off
- Wash light remained to flash
- Turn the dial to zero/off
- Turn the dial to 40C wash
- Start light started to flash and one spin speed light was flashing as per normal when you switch the machine on to start a wash.
Pressed start and the machine commenced a wash as normal.
