Smeg KAT600HXE Cooker Hood Control Panel Not Working

Hi, the control panel on my Smeg KAT600HXE cooker hood isn’t working at all. I’ve checked the power, and it seems to be on. I think I need a new control panel. Do you sell it?

I’ve added useful videos for you to show how to replace your control panel module. I would recommend you watch our video since we’re showing how easily you can change the PCB of the cooker hood extractor.

Before you do anything else, disconnect the cooker hood from the mains power. You can do this by switching it off at the fuse box or unplugging it from the wall socket if accessible. This is the most important step to ensure your safety.
