Whirlpool AZB8680 Tumble dryer Not drying the clothes

Motor runs, heater heats, but it doesn’t dry the clothes. When it stops, the “check condenser” light is on. I have cleaned the condenser throroughly, but the problem persists.

the first thing I would check is the pump unit as if this is full the water will not go to the dispenser this will cause an error. I have put some useful videos below and also the error code list and an exploded diagram of the machine. I hope this helps you
