Whirlpool Azb7670 Does not heat and fault F5

Checked both fuses on the heater element and no resistance or contact over the fuse. They are both blown. Do you have replacements. Price and shipment to Norway?Regards HenryI assume that the number you need is on the sticker on the photo. You are right, I meant the thermostats. Also attaching a detail picture of heater detail. To find the correct part I will need the 12 digit number this is called a PCN number. They are not fuses these are thermostats on most of the whirlpool machines you will need to buy the whole heater assembly.
