I have changed the thermostat cut out switch the thermostat cut out lead and the full element but still no heat. Can you help with what else it could be. Thanks

I will try and help with this problem your White knight 44AW Tumble Dryer

If you have changed all the thermostats and the element on the back of the machine, then I suspect that you have a thermostat at the front of the machine on the vent tube on the panel and this is an open circuit which is stopping the machine Heating.
