White Knight C44AW Vented Tumble Dryer Noisy When Turning

I have a White Knight C44AW Vented Tumble Dryer. I couldn’t order a new bearing kit from you so I got one from Spare2go. just tried to fit the new bearing but it is very loose in the housing. Is this normal or does it need shims?

The issue with White Knight tumble dryers right now is that there are no spare parts available because the company has gone out of business. There are some limited spares available for these machines. I have also added some videos below to help you with any repairs you might need to do. However, please be aware that obtaining some spare parts is very difficult.
