I will try and help with this problem about Zanussi ZWGB7160P Washing Machine,

Hi Eddie, I’m sorry to hear about your problem. E10 means that water isn’t entering the machine. I have some second-hand valves at the bottom of this page. You can also find new valves using the link in the sidebar to our main supplier.

I’ve got the wiring diagram for your machine and a useful breakdown with an exploded diagram that shows all the components and their locations. Be careful when ordering carbon brushes for this machine. There are three different motors fitted to it, and each one uses different carbon brushes.

Since you have the Nidec motor type 20584, I think these are the right carbon brushes for you. Please click on the link and closely compare the picture. If these aren’t the right ones, you’ll need to send me a picture of your current brushes from three angles: the brush angle, the terminal mounting point, and a clear shot of the mounting lugs where it clips into the motor.
