On some models you may have more programs but for the basic access into the diagnostic mode is the same the same

Now turn the dial to the position 1 Which is normally the 90c hold the start /pause button down while you press the on/off button to on for a couple of seconds till light flashes

Now turn the dial to the position 6 and hold down a few seconds the next time you enter it should turn on all the lights now you are in self test diagnostic mode:

Every time you Press the on/off button it will change the test function.

Carried out procedure as above however step 3 & 4 did indeed make the motor turn as described but at spin speed and when step 4 selected a flash was observed coming from the motor. Electrical flash due to change in direction at high speed I think. Any suggestions?

My fault is that the washer will complete all cycles but will not spin even when spin only function selected. It will start up initially and then stop for a few minutes as though out of balance but I’ve been running it empty so it should spin with no issues.

    Any help/advice much appreciated.

    Gary

I’ve got code 8364 on mine. Does everything on the self test right.
It just stop when 3minutes into cycle. Is it possible it’s not heating the water? As the drum is full. It’s makes a clicking sound like the machine wants to move onto next step
    Thanks in advance

I have a beko washing machine it starts to fill on a wash cycle and then stops with a tap signal. Water is getting into the machine ive cleaned the filter. Ive taken the washing machine out and also done a diagnostic it doesn’t move the drum or do the spin it just goes straight to testing the valves and If you leave it the washing machine will over fill. I cant understand why it skips the turning of the drum part if the diagnostic

I have a beko WMB61432B 1400rpm 6kg washing machine, it does not appear to be filling with water, I suspect the water inlet valves are not working.
What would be the best way to check these?
    Anyone have any other suggestions.

    Hi
When I switch my Beko washing machine on the lights flash and looks like it’s ready to wash. But there is no further action, no water noise from the pump and movement of the drum. I’ve just got lights on??
Not sure what’s up with this.

Hi, I have a beko WMB 81241 LS and it seems stuck on a program.
I recently moved the machine into my new house, and once plumbed in it failed to work.

I tried the test by turning off and holding down start to get the error code of E18. This is since cleared and I am now getting a code of 1540.. nothing else.

I have checked the filter and it is all clear, I have also checked the wiring going into the PCB and all seems fine.

    Can anyone help?
