These error codes normally indicate a fault with the heating element in the machine. The Washing machine heating element has gone open circuit.
The heating element is used to heat the water inside the washing machine drum. This is controlled by the main pcb on the machine. The NTC sensor controls the relay on the main board to turn off the Heating element when the required temperature is reached.

- Power : 1950W
- Resistance : 26W @ 3ohms When the resistance is measured with a multimeter, You should get a reading of around 26ohms.
How to Repair Beko Washing Machine WTK E02 or E2 error code
Part numbers 2703370500, 2850360100, 2863400500, 2863700500
- Is the machine displaying E2 or E02 error?
- Remove the lid of the machine for easy measurement, remove the control panel and locate the KN5 Heater connector.
- Remove the connector and test the connector pins on the board for short circuit. If yes replace the main board. If no proceed to number 4
- Remove the rear panel of the machine. Remove at least one of the heater terminals and measure heater resistance; is the resistance approximately 25 Ohms ? No? Replace the Heater. If Yes proceed to number 5.
- Does the heater function although there is no water? If No then restart the machine. If Yes proceed to number 6
- Locate and check the water level sensor. Measure the frequency between pins 1 and 2 (Blue-White)It should be around 25700 Hertz, while the machine is empty and energised.
