Hi, My tumble dryer is not tumbling. I can hear a humming noise as if the motor was turning or trying to but the drum does not move.

Condenser tumble dryer is now a couple of years old, has been reasonably maintained; however, has over the last month 6-8 weeks started beeping ‘randomly’ (as if the control panel is being used) during operation.
There is NO ERROR NOTIFICATION on the control panel, but I have ran the smart diagnostic programmes via One Touch & wizard app. Having dine this, I have received notification in the app [menu: Help On Line / Read The Error] of “E09 – Troubles With The Electronic Circuit”.
Is this issue easy to resolve, or is there a specific part/parts that will be needed to effect a repair? I am happy to open up the machine and undertake the work myself.
TIA for the assist!

My tumble dryer is displaying an E21 fault code. I’ve removed the condenser and allowed to dry but the code is still displaying. Is this a fault with the pump?

E14 code on screen after a few mins of running. I have watched your video about checking heater etc but there doesn’t seem to be a heater unit on this particular condenser model which is very strange. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Every time i switch start button on it trips out the electric rcd .

Cleaned filter, condenser, compartment etc allowed to dry out. Still happens. Runs for a few minutes and then when it changes a cycle briefly stops to start again it stops and e21 code comes up. Can you help please? Only had it for about 2 months. Many thanks. Neil

I am trying to locate a Pcb relay HF115F as illustrated in your information with the photograph. It has 012-1H3A(335) which I need. I am only able to find one similar with 610 instead of 335. Are you able to help?

Hi, set my dryer running tonight, it stopped after just a few seconds and the code E22 was flashing.

Hello! What could be the reason for the malfunction? The tumble dryer stopped turning the drum. After I completely disassembled it and cleaned it from dust and changed one capacitor, nothing changed. Power is not supplied to the motor. The display is working, the light is on and the motor is not turning. The second capacitor he checked is normal. What could be the cause of the malfunction?

The drum jammed because the felt/foam seal disintegrated. I have fitted a new seal & the drum rotates ok by hand but error code E60 is displayed when switched on.
