Beko ODF 2230 main oven fan motor problem

Hi, I have a Beko double oven model ODF 2230. The double oven fan when turning on does not turn makes a humming sound, however when forcing this while power off then turning control on it spins. Does this sound to you like the fan or motor is on its way out? Do you have a video on how to change and provide a costing to replace ? Kind regards
