I will try and help with this problem
I made this video for you to assist you in repairing your cooker I hope you found it helpful.
you need to be checking the voltage coming from the connection block going to the timer and also make sure that the cut-out thermostat is operating correctly, if you do not have voltage to the timer then you may have a problem with either the timer itself or more likely The Selector switch as this is a common problem with a lot of cookers.

Hi Paul
I have a Beko OIF22300x built in oven, which trips the main RCD when switch on. I removed the heating elements and carried out an insulation resistance test. The reading of 200M ohms was great. re-installed parts. Disconnected main thermostat wiring, re-set RCD and switched on oven, moved selector switch through full range RCD did not trip. Checked continuity of thermostat, in the off position open circuit. On position continuity. When reconnected into circuit and turned ON RCD trips. As the test on the theromstat seem to show its working, does this part if at fault normally trip a 30mA RCD. Or am I over looking some other problem.
