Hi Paul....... I have replaced the element and HTC sensor to no avail, the water is still not heating up. Any suggestions?Thank you & regards....... Peter

if you have checked the element and also the NTC sensor then it is a possibility that the circuit board is faulty, also check the wiring going to the circuit board from the NTC sensor and heating element. the Last thing that you can check is the relay that controls the heating system on the circuit board, I have not done a video on washing machine relays yet but I have included a video below that is is on a tumble dryer which has a faulty relay you need to watch the video from about 10 minutes into it then I will explain how relays work and also how to check them as this part will normally only cost you a few pounds compared to the cost of a complete circuit board this is a huge saving for a small amount of work.
