Beko WMB714422W washing machine E11

Ran a self clean on the machine today and cleaned the filter as per instructions. However, next wash, drum fills, but nothing happens. Cancelling drains the system. E11 is no Motor action, but not sure where to start resolving it.

I'm very sorry about the late response time on this we have been inundated with questions​. The first thing I would check is the carbon brushes in the motor as this will stop the motor tuning, ​I have added a video below to help you check the motor and also take the motor off, and I have listed the carbon brushes for your machine below you need to buy a pair of these if yours are worn

    Hi I have run the self diagnostic on my Beko wmb71642 and error code e11 came up and 15 26
    Unfortunately I started the machine up with the transit bolts in the day I had it 😕 But all works except for the drum turning. So is this fixable?

    Hi,

    I saw your handy tip for the beko washing machine e11 fault.

    My Beko WME8227W washing machine comes on and will fill with water – so I guess the pump is working fine. (and drains ok). However, the drum does not spin ( but the washing machine does make clicking sounds as normal).
    So, I have replaced the x2 bushes. And, still no joy ? I have run a diagnostic check and got error ‘code E11’
    Any help would be very much appreciated please..

      My problem is the same as raj above ,fitted new brushes yet nothing , does this mean its for the scrap , thanks dougie
