Beko Wmb71442w washing machine Drum won’t turn motor carbon brushes

Hi. Whatever cycle I put the washing machine on, the drum won't turn. It started last week and then done one load of washing and then went back to not turning again and hasn't since, everything else seems fine on it.Thanks for your time, callum

I will try and help with this problem your Beko Wmb71442w washing machine

If the drum will not turn then it is a good chance that you may have a problem with the carbon brushes in the motor. I have listed the video below​ for you to watch​ ​and also included below that​ the carbon brushes for your washing machine if you do find they are worn out

    Hi there. The drum on my wm6355w beko washing machine wont turn. I have replaced the brushes and it still wont turn. In test mode fault f11 appears. Any help on further diagnostics for motors if the brushes are not at fault. Thanks
