Beko WMB71642w washing machine won’t drain
HiWe have a WMB71642W that doesn’t want to drain. I did get the machine into diagnostic mode and it showed E05. I opened the filter at the bottom and cleared (also flooded garage). I tried the diagnostic again and the code shown up was 15 18. I can’t find anything for this but it seems that it still won’t drain. Is this going to be the pump or control board, or is it something else?regards…

I will try and help with this problem Beko WMB71642w washing machine
You will need to do some checks first, make sure that you have 240 volts at the pump when it goes into the spin cycle. If so then you need to make sure the impeller is fixed correctly to the shaft of the pump as sometimes these can get damaged.
Now you need to check the sump hose for blockages see video below, also check the waste hose from the pump is not blocked and if fitted to a sink unit check the fitting as these can block, it is worth testing the machine with the waste going into a bucket so you can see if there is any flow.
you may have to bench test the pump if faulty then you need to replace
