My dryer keeps beeping and all lights flash a few seconds after any program is selected and turned on. Can you advise what I can do please?

I will try and help with this problem on your Candy GCC590-NB Tumble Dryer

Good afternoon Steven, There are many things that can cause this type of problem- I will try and go through them in the order of the most common.

  •  Check the thermostats there are normally 3 altogether -  two on the heater and one on the front venting system.
  • Next test the heating element - there is a high and low circuit and you need to test both sides of this heater.
  • As this condenser tumble dryer has a water dispenser system sometimes you have a pump fitted that can get clogged, also sometimes there is a switch system that tells the computer when it is full of water and therefore this will cut out the heating system.
  • The next one that may be at fault is the printed circuit board.  I have included some videos below to help you in all these repairs and if you do need a part please let me know.

If you need any further assistance please feel free to contact me. all the best Paul.

Candy tumble dryer started squeaking about a week ago. How do I tell if its the belt, idler pulley or bearing? Also started beeping and flashing lights, not sure if that’s related to the above are something else. Any advice would be appreciated.
