I will try and help with this problem Hoover Vhc691b tumble dryer

If you have changed the heater and checked both thermostats including the forward thermostat, then I would normally say it is the relay on the circuit board, but as you have replaced this already I am suspecting that you may have a problem with the pump unit or the float switch in the bottom of the machine. The problem with this is you will have to take the whole drum out to get at it. There are some video tutorials for you to watch that may assist you in your repair.

    Hi I also have a hoover condenser dryer model no vhc691b the problem is it’s stopped heating up no heat at all -the drum spins ok -I’ve checked the thermostats and Ntc sensor are all good the heating element is 53 ohms so ok also changed the heating relay 16a type on the pcb and still no heat ! Any ideas what to test next ?????🤔🤔🤔🤔
