Hi Paul

hi i would start with the heater on this indesit IDC85, tumble dryer then check the motor and capacitor see videos below for help

I first need to mention this is my sisters Dryer, upon inspection today  i took off the heater cover which was also attached with some kind of double sided tape. As I removed the cover there was some water there. Not a lot but it was present. Anyway clean it all up and proceeded to test heater element and all was fine. Put it back together, then I noticed a pool of water on floor to which again cleaned up. Took out the fluff filter and gave a good clean etc put it all back together and proceeded to fire it up to see if fault with condenser. To our surprise it started to run. However this was on cool setting. Changed to hot setting and it tripped the power. Reset consumer and gave a couple of click on the button that changes from cool setting to hot. After this tried it again and all is fine. Works now on both settings without tripping electric. The only thing that is concerning me now is the water present. Just wondered if you have any ideas.  The water pump that feeds the tray to tip away is working as its not quietest I have heard. Also I took the pipe off at the bottom and you could see it pulseing ( slight pumping). Any help would be most welcomed. Regards Paul...

Hi Paul

This is caused by the condenser plate not working correctly, i would clean the whole machine out and hose out the condenser plate also see this ive added below so you get an idea on how it all works
