John Lewis JLFFW2005 Frost Free Fridge Freezer – Fridge warm freezer cold

Hi, my John Lewis JLFFW2005 Fridge Freezer is cold on the freezer compartment but warm on the fridge compartment. If I turn it off overnight, the evaporation tray gets full, I empty it and plug the fridge freezer back on. It works for 6 to 7 days then same thing again.Do I need new appliance or can I fix this or get it fixed?

I will try and help with your John Lewis JLFFW2005 Frost Free Fridge Freezer problem.

On frost free fridge freezers, when the freezer is cold, the fridge is warm, and doing an overnight defrost fixes the problem for a few days until it creeps back in, the problem is a faulty defrost heater. 

This is actually a very common fault with this type of fridge freezers, but luckily its fixable. You will need to purchase and fit a replacement defrost heater. Its picture links to where you can purchase it.
