Neff W5420X0GB washing machine Won’t start

Worked perfectly normal for one wash them put in a white wash and the start button usually flashes then you press it to start. But that isn't flashing and when you press it, it just beeps and won't start. The door is shut properly.

Your Neff W5420X0GB Washing Machine will not start as there is a possibility that the door interlock has become faulty. I have added a couple of videos  below to assist you in your repair.
Neff W5420X0GB Washing Machine please remember that your model number is not complete it is normally followed by /?? two numbers please look at the ID label on your washing machine this is normally located inside the door - for example Neff W5420X0GB/14
