Samsung wf1124xac washing machine Not spinning, Intermittent

Half way through the wash the drum fails to rotate right and left and the error code 3E pops up, is this a symptom of the Motor failing? This fault is intermittent, it worked for a week just fine then stops spinning with the error code 3E. A couple of days later it starts working fine again.

I'm sorry for the late response I was inundated​ ​on the weekend​. If your ​Samsung wf1124xac​ washing machine is intermittently turning then I suggest you do not do any more washes until you have taken the motor off and inspected the carbon brushes in the motor. I have added a video below to assist you in doing this job, but I will need a couple of pictures of the old carbon brushes, if they are worn out for us to be able to match them up, please remember when choosing motor carbon brushes you need to make sure that the angle of the brush is the same as on yours and also you need to make sure that the locating pins on the holders are in the same position, as they fit many motors
