After looking at the workshop manual this does not look like it is an error code, they normally Flash a number of red then followed by a number of green. i would first make sure the door lock is working correctly and the pin these are  523 and 366 in the exploded diagrams, then i would check the pump and water container is not full of water as the machine will not start if these are full
