Hoover Candy tumble dryer empty water Indicator flashing, runs for a few seconds then stops

This is most commonly caused exactly because the water container is full of water, so make sure to empty it every time you dry clothes on it. The other error that may cause this is possible the pressure sensor switch or float indicator switch, depending on model, that as gone faulty. I am having the same issue and considering I have had Candy out twice because it caught fire, twice…. I beginning to think I should have gone a different make.
The dryer starts ok, then after 5 mins is turning off and flashing to empty the water chamber in the door but there is no water in it. Really fed up with it to be honest. Anyone got any ideas?

Hello, my candy condenser dryer isn’t registering that my water tray is empty, after emptying the tray the light keeps coming back on and the dryer stops working, can you help. I have researched and it says the pump maybe blocked but I don’t know where the pump is

but no link.
Dryer has been set up to externally drain not drain to the top reservoir.
any help to the video and corresponding parts would be appreciated.
