How to remove a built in oven, single or double

Ovens must be installed in an appropriate cabinet that is provided with adequate ventilation to ensure the correct operation of the cooker and to make sure the oven does not overheat.

I have put links below to the testers I use in the videos

Typically, for built-under single ovens, there are only two or four screws holding them in place after these are undone you can slide the cooker out but remember that there is an electrical cable attached behind. Always turn the appliance off from the mains supply before removing the cooker. Double ovens must be installed in their appropriate cabinet that is provided with adequate ventilation to ensure the correct operation of the cooker and to make sure the oven does not overheat.

Typically, for built-under double ovens there are normally six screws holding them in place two in the top oven cavity and four in the main oven cavity, after these are undone you can slide the cooker out but remember that there is an electrical cable attached behind as these are normally at least 2ft of the ground so I suggest you have something to rest the appliance on when it comes out. Always turn the appliance off from the mains supply before removing the cooker.

Hi, bought a bush single fit fan oven last week without realising it needed to be wired. With that I slotted it into the designated space whilst I sort out the wiring. However, the oven is now edged into the kitchen unit and I am unable to get it back out. Felt like I’ve tried everything and can’t figure out what it’s caught on. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated
