This video will show you how to replace a washing machine door lock (called an interlock); we will show you a step by step procedure on the process.This video can be used on Balay, Bosch, Neff and Siemens.
To find your door lock for your Washing Machine you will need the full model number and on some models we will even need the serial number as the manufactures sometimes have fitted more than one type to a model series.

I need to fit a Bosch washing machine interlock, but your tutorials do not show the one I have, LogiXX 8 – model WAS28461GB/07.
It doesn’t have 2 screws on the front to remove it, just 2 plastic pins which I cant seem to remove. I have removed the rubber seal around the door entrance but cannot see a way of removing the old door interlock.
Any ideas would be very helpful

Hi, Found out how to do it by trial and error. Simply use a small screwdriver to push in the buttons and wiggle the interlock around and it will simply come out! Eventually! Best of luck. Fitting new one simple. Bernard.
