This video will show you how to strip down your washing machine on Aeg, Electrolux, John Lewis, Zanussi washer dryer models large 8kg 9kg load washing machines.

  1. You need to disconnect the machine machine from the electricity supply.
  2. Take the lid of and remove the facial panel.
  3. The door seal needs to come off the front panel and disconnect the door inter lock,
  4. Now remove the kick strip and pump flap.
  5. The front panel is now ready to come off remove the bolts top and bottom.
  6. You will need to loosen or remove the heating system so you can replace the seal.
  7. You now have to remove the concrete block on the front so you can replace the seal.
  8. Peal of the door seal and replace it
