My washer has been washing and spinning until last week when it suddenly stopped during a spin cycle. I tried just putting it on a spin but nothing happens

Ran a self clean on the machine today and cleaned the filter as per instructions. However, next wash, drum fills, but nothing happens. Cancelling drains the system. E11 is no Motor action, but not sure where to start resolving it.

Hi. Whatever cycle I put the washing machine on, the drum won’t turn. It started last week and then done one load of washing and then went back to not turning again and hasn’t since, everything else seems fine on it.

I have cleared the filter out but the washer is still not draining. I have checked the hose but this seems ok too. Any ideas what I could try? Thanks
