Neff B1322N1GB/01 Oven Top grill element not working even after a brand new grill element has been fitted

Good Morning,
I have replaced the Grill element on my NEF B1322N1GB01 cooker. with a brand new part.
Unfortunately it still does not work at all. It does not come on at all. Any suggestions??

For your information – The oven, its fan, its thermostat, clock, timer and light all work fine.
